DESCRIPTION:The League’s Benefits Enrollment Center will be at the ACPL- Monroeville Branch on Monday\,May 12\, 2025 from 10 AM – 4 PM to assist Seniors with navigating Medicare. \nIf you are a Senior 60 years or older\, Have Medicare and have a single monthly income of $2686 (Single) or $3\,513(Couple)\,  you may be eligible for additional benefits such as food\, medication or healthcare.  Our SHIP counselors will help you navigate Medicare.  Reserve your spot by calling 260-250-4154. \nWhat to bring with you: \n\n2025 Social Security Letter\nMedicare Cards\nAdditional Income Statements.\n\nThis services is made available by the Allen County Health Department and the Allen County Health First Grant.
